I took a trip down to the strip to get some more snowy pictures.  Unfortunately once I was actually on the Las Vegas strip everything was just wet from rain, but I did get some pictures on the way!  We actually thought that the power had gone out on the strip because we couldn’t see the lights from the freeway as we usually can!

This is the Luxor.  It was really cool seeing the snow fall in the beam of the light.

We were right next to Excalibur on Tropicana, and you can barely see the top of the castle!

This is a great way to help show your support to our troops this holiday season!  Just $5 sends a whole package of holiday mail to our troops that are currently serving overseas.  You can also send them your own holiday cards that will be adding to the packages.  They only have a couple weeks left in order to ensure that all mail is received before the holidays.

Let me start off and apologize as there aren’t any pictures again today.  We were all too too busy to take any! 

All I can say is WOW!!!  These ladies have all come prepared!  It was fabulous to have the opportunity to meet all 51 of our wonderful Miss USA state delegates.  They got fitted for all of their wardrobe – their Nina shoes, Syrup Swimwear (both competition suit & their “fun” suit), and their Sherri Hill opening number dresses.  Oh and I certainly can’t forget their YMI jeans & t-shirts!  It was great to see Sherri Hill again, as she was on hand for alterations.  The ladies were kept busy from the moment that they got there with photos being taken in each of their outfits and professional hair & makeup after they were fitted for everything.  I’m helping out for one more day, so be sure to check back tomorrow!!

Mrs. America preliminary competition was last night and I am so glad I am not one of the judges!  The ladies looked great and can all go home at the end of the week saying that they have represented their states well!
